Food Lion: Wisk Laundry Clearance

I stopped by Food Lion across from Once Upon A Child to pick up some produce and noticed they Wisk Liquid Detergent 50 oz. on closeout for $3.39. Use $2.00/1 Wisk Laundry Detergent from 8/5 RP x9/23 or $1.00/1 that came in today's 9/9 RP x10/23. Makes each bottle $2.39-$1.39 each depending on which coupon you have.

I have not gotten papers in about 5 months so I didn't pick up any but there were at least 20 or more on the shelf. Be sure to check your locations near you.

Once Upon A Child: $1.00 Spring/Summer Clearance

Make sure to find a location near you.

I went about a week ago when it was 50%  off. Well as of 7/6 everything went to $1.00 I found out while I was in GA visiting the in-laws and so were the locations there. I found a beautiful assortment of things still left yesterday here in Richmond. The cashiers said all clearance will remain $1.00 until gone.

Be sure to buy for other seasons, It saves so much money. You can't beat the prices and the nice brands. They seem to have had "every season" (long & short sleeve, some sweater) on the clearance rack and I noticed that too a week ago. I think their older children sizes go up to size 6  and they are mixed in with the regular items. You just have to check each tag to see if it's marked :(. All the main clearance items are in the back up to size 2 (maybe 3 trying to go off memory) for boys and girls.

Note the Fall/Winter 50% clearance normally starts mid December and  then also goes to $1.00 early January.

Target: Kitchen Clearance

Stepped into Target last week and they were marking down lots of kitchen appliance and items such as plates, bowls, pitchers, glasses and serving wear. I got the bowls for $0.88 cents and plates for $1.24. The Soft soap was $0.29 from the holiday items. I mainly wanted it because it is a foaming soap dispenser at a fraction of the store shelves for $9.99 and up just for the dispenser. So I will just remove the label and decorate it myself LOL. The little saw the cookie cutters so I had to get them. This will work great for Table Time Activities and play sessions with cooking.

Martins: Walk Don't Run!

Is it okay that we get so excited when we see clearance or reduced priced items. I found lots of clearance at West Park, Short Pump & Staples Mill at Cross Ridge Martins. They had candy, cereal, bottled water, drink mixes, deodorant, body sprays, broth, hair color, quaker chewy bars, hartz dog treats and much more.

Target: Making the most of overage!

Whenever I know that I will be getting overage I always try to use it towards Fresh Fruits or Vegetables, Toliet Paper, Baby Wipes  or Diapers or Laundry Detergent.

I went to Target yesterday only to pick up the Olay Bar Soap for $0.97 in the travel area. I always bring my binder with me and never leave it at home except on Sabbath.
