Kroger: New Changes to Coupon Policy!

I know Kroger does not have an offical written policy. Hopefully soon they will and maybe this means they are working on one.

Here are the changes as follows:

Please read on on there Kroger Facebook page. I don't have a Facebook page but I was able to read the comments. I don't normally load coupons to my card so I don't have this problem.
