Reminder: P & G 2nd Rebate!

Just a quick reminder:

Always Hang on to you receipts and don't toss them. Put them in a crate of shoe box by months example: July to Sept.

 This rebate is for $20.00 when you purchase $50.00 worth of ANY Olay, Venus, COVERGIRL, Secret, Pantene, Herbal Essences and or Clairol products. It has been confirmed through customer service that  TRAVEL SIZE CANNOT BE USED. Items can be mix and match, doesn't have to be all the same item. Good on Items brought between 11/23-12/31, must be Post marked by 1/14/2011. Always better to get it in early. If you have more items than what the form lists just attach a sheet.

This rebate will go well with the $5.00/2 Olay wyb Secret deodorant coupon that expires today and purchases you have made since 11/23 using this coupon.

Print the form here. (print in Black and White if you can to save ink or print at the library)

1. Please make sure you read the form.
2. Mail All original receipts no copies. (So you can do multiple transactions)
3.Write in UPC codes in spaces provided of items purchased.
4. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
